Are you a Sharp smartphone lover? Then here is the big news of the week. The makers have new handset lined up in Japan. We are well aware of Android One. The OS is yet again in talks after it was spotted loaded in the Smartphone for Japan. Sharp has launched a new smartphone running on Android One. The smartphone goes by the name Sharp Aquos 507SH. It packs 5-inch Display, Snapdragon 617, 2GB of RAM, 3010 mAh battery. The handset adds itself to the mid end series.
As per the specs-sheet, the new Sharp Aquos 507SH features 5-inch IGZO LCD Display having a resolution of 720 by 1280 pixels, protected by Gorilla Glass 4. On the software front, the handset measures 142.00 x 71.00 x 8.80mm and weighs about 135g.
Under the hood, the handset is powered by Snapdragon 617 Chipset. In terms of memory, the handset is offered with 2GB of RAM, 16GB internal storage and a microSD card slot for additional storage.
On the imaging terms, Aquos 507SH sports 13MP primary facing camera with LED flash for photos and videos. There is a 5 megapixel secondary camera for video cahts and selfies. Connectivity-wise, the handset supports 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, microUSB, etc. It is backed up by 3,010mAh with Quick Charge feature.
Sharp Aquos 507SH is both dust and water resistant i.e. it received a IP58 certification. The price tag seems to be missing as of now but we will keep you updated upon further updates so stay tuned.
