Huawei Honor 7i landed in China with no Front snapper

huaweiHuawei is making a comeback with its Honor series. The latest release is dubbed as Huawei Honor 7i. The smartphone adds to the high end series with impressive features. The Chinese smartphone maker adds new member to the Honor series. Honor 7i sports 5.2-inch Display, 64-bit octa-core CPU, Android v5.1 OS and 13MP rear camera. It has 2GB/3GB RAM variant and prices vary with it.

Specification-wise, the new Huawei Honor 7i features 5.2-inch display boasting a resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 pixels. On the software front, it runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system with Emotion UI 3.1. The device measures 141.6 × 71.2 × 7.8mm and weighs about 160grams.

Under the hood, the Honor 7i is powered by 64-bit octa-core Snapdragon 616 chipset. In terms of memory, the smartphone is offered with 2GB/ 3GB RAM, 16GB / 32GB inbuilt storage and microSD card support up to 32GB.

On the imaging term, Huawei Honor 7i sports 13-megapixel rear facing camera with 180-degree flip camera with Sony sensor, f/2.0 aperture, 28mm wide-angle lens, sapphire crystal protection, dual-tone and LED flash. For the secondary front, the handset lacks front snapper. The primary camera acts as front snapper with flip feature. This handset is certainly not for the selfie lover.Connectivity-wise, the smartphone supports 4G LTE / 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, microUSB, etc. It is backed up by 3100 mAh battery. There is a Dual SIM slot.

As per the pricing, Huawei Honor 7i 2GB RAM/ 16GB costs 1599 Yuan or $250 whereas one with 3GB RAM/ 32 GB internal storage for 1899 Yuan or $297USD.
