Xiaomi Mi Note with 4G LTE Graced in China

mi noteXiaomi has announced a new Note disguised as smartphone. The new arrival we are talking about goes by the name Xiaomi Mi Note. The phablet boasts some pretty mid-end specs. The smartphone was officially introduced in Beijing, China. The Mi Note will be gracing the Chinese market and then expand its sales all over the world. Xiaomi Mi Note sports 5.7-inch display, Snapdragon 801 processor chipset coupled with 3GB RAM. The Note supports 4G LTE Connectivity.

The Chinese gadget maker as of now will avail the device for its natives. The 4G supported handset has eventually drawn a lot of eyes with its specs and price.

As per the specs-sheet, the Xiaomi Mi Note is running on Android 4.4 KitKat operating system. It features 5.7-inch IPS touchscreen display boasting a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It measures 6.95mm on its thicker ends and weighs 161 grams.

Under the hood, the smartphone packs quad-core Snapdragon 801 processor clocked at 2.5 GHz. In terms of memory, the device is offered with 3GB RAM, 16GB or 64GB onboard storage that can be further extended using microSD card for additional support. For graphics, the Mi Note comes with Adreno 330 GPU.

In terms of imaging, the Xiaomi Mi Note sports 13MP rear facing camera with dual-tone LED Flash, OIS, Sony IMX214 BSI sensor for 4K video recording and photography. The handset also features 4MP front snapper for video chats and selfies. Connectivity-wise, the Xiaomi phablet includes 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n (2.4/5 GHz), WiFi Direct, Bluetooth 4.1, microUSB, GPS and 3.5mm audio jack. It is backed up by 3000mAh battery. It supports Dual SIM (micro + nano) slots.

Xiaomi Mi Note packs some decent features. With 4G LTE support and impressive 13MP rear facing camera arrives in two different colors i.e. black and white. Folks in China can grab the 16GB variant for 2299 Yuan or $371 USD and 64GB model for 2799 Yuan or $451USD. Despite being launched when Android Lollipop is already here the makers have made Mi Note running on KitKat version.
